Don’t count on Orthographic view for the proportions. It does not translate well in terms of stylization proportions. Check it using normal perspective view,

The texture was non existent, but it had the same image texture →Principaled bsdf as the other materials. I checked all my textures were saved together and deleted the image texture and replaced it with a new one. So when I exported it, to CSP Modeler, it was fixed.

Packed Images do not export to CSP. Ensure all images used are saved externally. This means the one being used in the file, it must be the exported one, not the packed image even if its the same.
